<div>Realistically, the $10 guys are all of marginal value, given that most prospect burn at least a year of their contracts before they are worth anything, and quite a few will never be even be useful major leaguers. There's the occasional Mike Trout, but there are a lot more Justin Smoaks. So I would conclude that there's a VERY small number of potentially useful guys scattered widely across the league (the $5 and under ones). At the same time, however, history suggests there will be suckers who will give real value for some of those $10 spins at the wheel, so the Berliners will likely leave a few cars stripped and sitting on cinder blocks around the USML neighborhood.</div>
