The case is still set for trial beginning 3/18. As Jeff has stated he will be out of town on 3/17 and unavailable to draft by phone. Although I am more than honored to draft on behalf of the Berliners, my position is that Jeffrey must be at the draft. I propose we agree upon an alternate draft date in the event his case does not settle. If it does settle, albeit unlikely at this point, we proceed on 3/17; if not, let's have a backup date.
