Went to the Indianapolis AAA game last night - the Columbus

(Cleveland's affiliate) were the opponent. I was excited

recently-promoted Berliner uber-bean Francisco Lindor. But

behold, who came up to the plate before him? Russell
Branyan ... just <br>
signed to a minor league contract by the Tribe!<br>

Rich ... you'll be glad to know that, even at 38 years old,
Branyan <br>
looks big and strong. And he still doesn't make much
contact. For the <br>
young guys out there, Branyan was a late 1990s version of
Javy Baez. Or <br>
perhaps Baez is a modern version of Russell Branyan.<br>

Anyway, can't wait to see Addison Russell debut next year.
I hear he's <br>
"can't-miss" at shortstop. Sort of like Brandon Wood ...<br>
