<font color='black' size='2' face='Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'><font size="2">Garcia has been placed on the 10-day DL with a strained ligament in his thumb.  So he's definitely on the block.  He's currently hitting .303, with 13 home runs, 56 RBI, 46 runs scored and 4 SBs.  He's Y1 at $2. And he just turned 26 a month ago.<br>
