The default will be that players who are obtained in the auction (or retained and whose salaries count against the $260) will be active; players obtained in the rotation draft (or retained and whose salaries DO NOT count against the $260) will be on reserve.
You only need to indicate if you want to change (a) one of these default choices for (b) players on either Seattle or Oakland. No other transactions need to be indicated on your roster sheet.
