That is independent of your current or potential minor league status.<div><br></div><div>Bobby Witt, Jr. for example is not (yet) on the 40-man so he can only go in the rotation draft. so on mlb.com for each team you can go to "rosters" and then "40-man," however some players on that 40-man roster are designated "Minors." Is it safe to assume those players are not eligible?</div>
