[USML Announce] USML rosters - transactions corrected

  All of the transactions I received today have been posted  retroactively, 
and the effective date for all of the transactions submitted  during the past 
week was changed to 4/29.  Everyone's rosters (as well as  the standings) 
should now be correct.  Let me know if anyone has any  remaining issues.
