[USML Announce] USML rosters - transactions corrected

The numbers don't add up.  Also, some are clearly wrong.  I have active 
pitches (Gaudin, Benoit, Timlin) showing zero IP.  Maybe just temporary 
or something, but it doesn't look right yet.

  ? All of the transactions I received today have been posted 
retroactively, and the effective date for all of the transactions 
submitted during the past week was changed to 4/29.? Everyone's rosters 
(as well as the standings) should now be correct.? Let me know if 
anyone has any remaining issues.
