[USML Announce] Nukes Transaction

OK, to make this easy, I'll just do it by announcement.

As previously announced, the Nukes have traded Joe Nathan, JD Drew and 
Jeff Cirillo to the Klein Nine for Octavio Dotel, Elijah Dukes and Eric 
Hinske.  Dukes active at OF, Hinske active at UT, res Navarro.  Dotel 
to res roster.

Activate Josh Wilson at 2B, res Todd Walker.  Chris Gomez to res 
roster.  Waive Andres Blanco and Brad Snyder.
