so in other words andy activates sweeney effective next sun then trade made
effective the sun after that? wow. since everyone is so into the legalistic
tonight it pains me to point out to whoever the decisionmakers are that andy
did ask for guidance pre-noon today, as much as i hate to defend him...but
look and ye shall find his email about who's supposed to activate Sweeney
him or me, so i say in fairness ak should be allowed to activate Sweeney SUN
5/13 Mother's Day, with appropriate roster move so that he can trade him to
me eff. next sun. Andy, take whatever you want. This issue is getting
boring.

anyway, curb your enthusiasm is on hbo-com now...speaking of irony....what
is this the 25th email about this transax....sheesh...where's the spam on
this friggin' thing....

cranked out,
blj

Is anyone else entertained (but not surprised) that its these two gentlemen that are testing the parameters of the new rule? New Section 12.13 doesn't clearly address the matter. I wouldn't object to permitting the activation of a player whose contract isn't running to be coincident with the trade. -- Rich -----Original Message----- From: announce-bounces at usml.net [mailto:announce-bounces at usml.net <announce-bounces at usml.net>] On Behalf Of Andrew R.
