[USML Announce] FAAB Question

I placed two FAAB bids yesterday, one was successful and one wasn't.

I bid on Tyler Clippard and indicated that I'd waive Frank Francisco if I
got him.

I bid on Ramon Vazquez and indicated that I'd waive Lew Ford if I got him.

I acquired Vazquez but not Clippard.

Am I now required to waive Ford to accommodate the acquisition of Vazquez?

Can I waive Francisco instead?

In the old days I would have bid on both and said, if I get one, waive X and
if I get both, waive X and Y.

How are we running things now?
