Curtis Granderson (oblique) told Yankees manager Joe Girardi that he could
have played Tuesday if it was the regular season.
 Granderson is downplaying the injury, but obliques can be very tricky. We
likely won't know the severity of the injury until Wednesday, but it's fair
to call him a major question mark for Opening Day at the moment.
