Brother Winick:
  I know how uncomfortable you are challenging the actual evidence I lay
before you, so I understand your need to attack me personally. I'm a
management lawyer. I can take it.
  But I intend to stick to the facts. Contrary to your analysis, the facts
clearly demonstrate that teams other than the Nukes, Berliners and Brats
have a shot to win the Damon this year. Add an Adam Lind to the Red Hots;
there are six easy offensive points to pick up and suddenly you're within
range; mix in an Andrus or a Jennings and suddenly you're swapping SB
points with them. And if the Bombers or AYM trade their coveted players to
the likes of the LMC or Daddies, well then, good sir, your loft at the top
of the standings will not be so sturdy. There's plenty of baseball left.
And the K-9 have plenty of bark left in 'em. The book on this year is
nowhere near finished. Don't write off your competition so dismissively.
Brother Brad
