[USML Announce] Rules Alert - Kerber!!

I can’t explain why the system allows the drop-down menu to show eligibility at 1B.  As far as a fix goes, we should decide by noon today, but my suggestion would be to require this to be fixed starting the next reporting period.

OK w/ me.  I didn't recall.  We can replace him w/ Guzman at 1B, either going forward or retroactively.  Guzman's numbers are slightly better to date, but it's not a big difference.  Hart has done pretty close to zero for me, like almost all of my hitters.

The issue with Corey Hart came up at the draft as some may recall-   at the time of auction it was determined he was UT only.  That said, I have no issue with how it is ultimately resolved, unless he hits 30 HR's this year and David Freese continues below the Mendoza line.

I looked him up at mlb.com.  He didn't play at all in 2013.  In 2012, he played 103 games at 1B and 53 games at OF.  Our constitution does not address the possibility of a missed season, but I believe (although I'm not sure) that we may have run into this before and used the position(s) from the last year in which the player appeared.  As I said, it's OK with me to replace him with Jesus Guzman (which is my only other MLB-active 1B/CI).

The rosters on the onroto website show him at a non-eligible position and UT only.  I'll let the wise and mighty commissioners resolve.
