Next week is fine by me, but I do recall that we declared him ineligible at 1B at draft so we should honor that until he qualifies.  Should also clean up the rule if we want to "look back" for players who miss a year.  -Andy

The issue with Corey Hart came up at the draft as some may recall-   at the time of auction it was determined he was UT only.  That said, I have no issue with how it is ultimately resolved, unless he hits 30 HR's this year and David Freese continues below the Mendoza line.           To: announce at usml.net From: springkerb at aol.com Date: Mon, 7 Apr 2014 07:43:50 -0400 Subject: Re: [USML Announce] Rules Alert - Kerber!! I looked him up at mlb.com.  He didn't play at all in 2013.  In 2012, he played 103 games at 1B and 53 games at OF.  Our constitution does not address the possibility of a missed season, but I believe (although I'm not sure) that we may have run into this before and used the position(s) from the last year in which the player appeared.  As I said, it's OK with me to replace him with Jesus Guzman (which is my only other MLB-active 1B/CI).             Mark -----Original Message----- From: Andrew Klein <anrklein at gmail.com> To: USML Announcements <announce at usml.net> Sent: Mon, Apr 7, 2014 6:17 am Subject: Re: [USML Announce] Rules Alert - Kerber!! The rosters on the onroto website show him at a non-eligible position and UT only.  I'll let the wise and mighty commissioners resolve. How 'bout that Jim Johnson save yesterday.  Woo hoo!! -Andy On 4/6/14, 9:36 PM, springkerb at aol.com wrote: Hmmm . . .            The pulldown menu on the  transaction window offers 1B as an option, so I assumed he was eligible.             OK with me to replace him with Jesus Guzman.  In fact, let's make it retroactive.              Mark -----Original Message----- From: Andrew Klein <anrklein at yahoo.com> To: USML Announcements <announce at usml.net> Sent: Sun, Apr 6, 2014 1:48 pm Subject: [USML Announce] Rules Alert - Kerber!!
