[USML Announce] Inflation ...?

    It had to be about 10 years ago - there was a period from the late 90s
through about 5 years ago that closers were fetching the highest or near
highest salaries of any players.  It would be interesting to see how the
teams that were paying seemingly outrageous sums for closers were finishing
in the standings.  Sounds like a job for Rich or Andy!
