[USML Announce] Eligible for Auction

so on mlb.com for each team you can go to "rosters" and then "40-man," however some players on that 40-man roster are designated "Minors."  Is it safe to assume those players are not eligible?

That is correct. Looked it up in the Constitution the other day.

It’s how I got Eloy Jimenez in the auction draft a few years ago (and thanks to you bidding him up with money you didn’t need, he wasn’t as cheap as planned)
