[USML Announce] Eligible for Auction

The literal reading of Article 4, section 3 says those players designated “minors” are still indeed eligible.

Having says that, what the Founding Fathers intended might be different ;-)

In any event, the caveat is that any player signed in the auction gets a Y1 contract, so you may end up with a bean that spends most or all of his Y1 in the minors (as Eloy did on the Lubeasts)
