[USML Announce] Eligible for Auction

I think we’re all saying the same thing: if you are on the 40-man or the DL or IL or whatever, you are eligible for the auction draft. That is independent of your current or potential minor league status.

Bobby Witt, Jr. for example is not (yet) on the 40-man so he can only go in the rotation draft. Ditto for King Felix.
