[USML Announce] USML - Rosters update

Thanks for getting everything input so quickly, Mark. The only change on
the K9 roster is that Pedro Baez should be Y1 instead of Y0.

I also don't like the look of $36 for Cavan Biggio.  Feel free to drop that
by about 10 bucks if you'd like. :)
