[USML Announce] USML - deadlines and fees

League:

  Two quick updates.

1.  Reminder: the deadline for submission of retention rosters is tomorrow
at 5 pm.  I will take a dim view of teams submitting them late, because I
need time to update the website.

2.  Fees:  All teams except one have submitted their USML fees. For the one
team that has not done so, you know who you are. Please submit.
