[USML Announce] USML - IMPORTANT - Draft Location Change !!!!

  Important:  we are moving the location of the draft to Sidley, which is
located at 1 S Dearborn St. downtown (corner of Dearborn and Madison).
It'1s possible Jeff W may be out of town and will need to draft remotely,
so we will move to a different location.

  I will send a reminder closer to the draft date.
