[USML Announce] USML - Rosters/final call for changes

 Re "games this week," did you mean games next week, since the first regular season games are on the 30th?  And then for FAAB bidding, can we bid during the first fractional week (3/30-4/1), or not until the first full week (4/2-4/8)?
