[USML Announce] Where's Winick?

Brother Andrew:
    Dr. Shandler's accolades about Sir Jeffrey are too lengthy to quote
here.  Given the competitive nature of our USML, you cannot afford *not *to
buy Shandler's tome.   As we say in Illinois, you gotta pay to play. And as
far as Dos and Don't are concerned, I have only one: Never pick a fight, but
if you get in one do whatever it takes to win (even if that means trading
with Rebuilding Blocker).
