A few of my "steals of the draft" from the reserve draft:

Nukes - Jim Thome and Jack Cust.  Putting aside the fact that Kerber already has Adam Lind in his utility slot, these are productive bats that will either play or be great trade bait.  Ben Revere at $5 could be up and playing this year.
Hoosier Daddies - Manny Banuelos - he's been the best of the Yankee starters in Spring Training and just might get that last slot in the rotation.
Riptorns - Chris Davis and Scott Sizemore - two post-hype prospects that have huge upside.

The Tribe has announced that they will use Carlos at first base from time to time.  He has played there this spring.  He'll still spend the bulk of the time behind the plate -- but he's going to qualify at first base soon enough.
